TECHNICAL HELP

System Requirements
For optimal performance we recommend that you have the latest Windows Media Player or Quicktime player on your system. By following the links – you can download the newest players for free. If you already have the media player; open the program and check for updates.

Why do video clips sometimes delay, stop, or pause?
Internet traffic congestion is the most frequent reason that a video clip would delay, stop, or pause. Try re-launching your browser if the problem persists. Other internet transfers (multiple browser windows being open or other internet downloads) can significantly decrease video downloading time. For the best results keep internet traffic low.

Why does the media player open, but the video does not display?
A browser error may have occurred. Close the player and/or internet browser and reopen the video link.Your Internet Service Provider may be experiencing problems with their servers. If you cannot view other pages, and if the problem persists, you should contact your Internet Service Provider. If other users can view the video on the same server you are using, it may be a problem with your browser cache. Clearing your cache may solve the problem.

Firewalls
If your computer meets the system requirements but you are still not seeing the video – a security firewall may be blocking the video transmission.  Firewalls are set up by some Internet Service Providers, education centers, or corporate networks to protect their computers from unwanted files or material.  Get in contact with your Internet Service Provide or a network administrator to allow the video transmission.
